Notes

1. ^ Disclaimer: Enrollment in and successful completion of these programs do not guarantee that a Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) will be issued. All PGWP applications are subject to approval by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).Applicants are responsible for meeting all eligibility criteria as determined by IRCC. 51 is not responsible for the outcome of PGWP applications and has no authority over the processing or determination of a PGWP application.

In addition to meeting other PGWP requirements, international students in non-degree programs (such as certificates, diplomas, and associate degrees) must complete a program in an eligible field of study, as designated by IRCC. The program must be on the list of at the time the applicant submits either the study permit application or the PGWP application, or as otherwise required by IRCC. IRCC may update the list of eligible fields of study and eligibility criteria for PGWP at any time. It is the applicant’s responsibility to consult the most current information from IRCC.

2. ^This page features programs that align with the IRCC PGWP-eligible fields of study criteria and bachelor's degree programs (which have no field of study requirements), based on as of July5,2025.

The College reserves the right to modify or cancel any program or course without prior notice or prejudice. Please note that policies, guidelines, and requirements established by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) are beyond the College’s control and are subject to change at any time.

As such, the College cannot guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of information provided by IRCC. Users relying on this information should consult IRCC directly to ensure they have the most up-to-date and accurate details.

3. ^Estimated total costs are in Canadian dollars and include tuition, fees and work integrated learning experience, if applicable. Work experience may be in the form of a co-op, internship, clinical placement, or practicum. The estimated tuition depends on a version of the program and course offerings in a particular semester.

Tuition is calculated using approved rates for the 2025-2026, 2026-2027, 2027-2028, and 2028-2029 school years (where applicable). Non-instructional fees and student benefits are based on the 2025-2026 school year. Some costs are subject to change at any time.

4. ^Bachelor's degrees are exempt from field of study requirement. On March11,2025, IRCC updated the PGWP eligibility criteria by modifying the "Eligibility requirements based on study program" section. The previous wording specified that only university graduates with a bachelor’s degree qualified without field of study restrictions. The revised wording removes "university," clarifying that graduates with a bachelor’s degree from both colleges and universities are now eligible.

5. ^The Dental Hygiene Diploma program itself is 2years long, but all students must first complete approximately 1year of prerequisite University Transfer courses before entering the program. This means your total study time could be 3years (1prerequisiteyear + 2programyears). Tuition and mandatory fees shown are calculated for the complete 3-year duration of your studies at CamosunCollege.

6. ^The Health Care Assistant Certificate is an accelerated program that provides in-class instruction equivalent to one academic year (two semesters or more).

7. ^All bridge programs require the completion of an approved Engineering Technology Diploma for entry.
