Over 1,200 graduates are expected to cross the stage during six convocation ceremonies taking place over three days at 51’s Interurban campus.

“Convocation is a time of celebration as we honour the outstanding accomplishments of every graduate,” says college president Dr. Lane Trotter. “It’s important to acknowledge the faculty and support staff who supported graduates through to the finish line as well as the friends, family, and champions of each student. Congratulations!”
The theme for Convocation 2025 is “Your path to success,” a reminder that each grad who comes here to learn has their own unique journey and that success looks different for everyone. “Your path to success” is their way to make a mark, to challenge themselves and to reach their potential. At Camosun, their education is a transformative force.
“Camosun convocation is an incredible day of celebration, achievement, and excitement,” says Terence Baluyut, 51 Student Society external executive. “As we celebrate our achievements, we also recognize the responsibility that comes with our education. It's our duty to make a positive impact in the world, whether through further education, joining the workforce or contributing to our communities.”
